Argentina (DEH). Splendens is self-explanatory.

Robust vine with milky sap, opposite, wrinkled, leaves, and large, funnel-shaped
flowers, these usually pink or white. Differs from true Allamanda by having the
stamens and stigma fused into a single mass.
