Recognition:
Sprawling weed with opposite fuzzy leaves and a fringed stipule between the
bases. Flowers tiny, star-shaped
with (4)5(6) petals. See
“Mexican-Clover” (Richardia grandiflora) for comparison of three similar species.
Brazilian-Clover has the smallest flowers of the trio, and has fruit
segments with flat inner faces.
